As a retail florist, we are committed to providing safe no contact delivery We are implementing safety measures due to Covid 19 under CDC guidelines.

We kindly ask you to please provide the recipient's phone number so that we can get a hold of them and let the recipient know that they have a gift coming. We will not deliver if we have not confirmed delivery with the recipient.

If you do not want to provide the recipients' phone number Flower Works will not be responsible to replace the good send. By not providing a number you waive your right for replacement or refund.

We end our delivery service one hour before close; Monday-Friday at 4:00 pm, and Saturday at 3:00 pm. Orders have to be received 1 hr before the end of delivery service to be same-day delivery.
